I’m not going to say “it’s been a while”, because it’s only been a few weeks. Which is beside the point.
On ZachsThoughts, I tend to write these long, quasi-analytical review posts on places that I’ve been to. These include Crater Lake and Lisbon.
However, I want to write about them from a more laid-back approach. A personal approach, if you will.
Please, roll the credits on the type of website this is.
But I want to be more casual in my location reviews. Make it more relaxing from my point of view and still get the message across. So I’m making a new post series called “Locales“. Think of these as much more laid-back reviews or think-pieces where I put so much more personal anecdote in them and not so much listing off where you should go/eat/do. (But that might still happen, who am I kidding?)
Yes, I know think pieces are overdone and slightly out of fashion. No, I don’t care. This is my personal blog. I do and say whatever.
I also reserve the right for this series to make multiple per location, because that is just me and my silly little mind.
No pre-planned schedule as always. We’ll just go with the flow. You’ll see where Locales will be in the top-bar menu. This may change, but WYSIWYG. (What you see is what you will get, a common phrase/thought process for web designers and respective frameworks they may use.)
Happy Monday, be back soon.

P.S. I heard something’s going to happen on October 1 over on ZachsThoughts. What may that be?
